About me
Our mission at Introvert Evolution is to empower introverts to embrace and celebrate their unique strength and qualities. Our goal is to build a supportive and inclusive community where introverts can connect, grow and reach their full potential. We believe there is limitless potential for what we can achieve if we change our mindset and adjust our personal goals and habits.
Hi, my name is Vlad, and I currently live in Scotland. Moving to a new country can be challenging, especially when you’re an introvert like me. It’s not always easy to make friends and find your place in a new community, but I’ve learned to embrace my introverted nature and use it to my advantage.
Recently, I turned 40, and I’ve been going through a midlife crisis. It’s a strange and often unsettling time, but it’s also an opportunity to reassess your life and make changes. During the COVID lockdowns, I took the time to do just that. I reflected on my past and thought about what I wanted for my future.
I realized that the most important thing is to accept myself for who I am and set clear goals. I’ve always been a bit of a dreamer, but I’ve learned that turning those dreams into action is essential. So, I’ve been working on developing discipline and focus. It’s not always easy, but I know it will pay off in the long run.
I have a vision for my future and feel motivated and inspired whenever I visualize it. I know exactly how I want to feel and what I want to achieve, and that keeps me going. Being an introvert is a gift, and I’m grateful for it. I know that by embracing my true self and working towards my goals, I can live a fulfilling and happy life.
I created Introvert Evolution – to share my journey and hopefully inspire others to do the same. I believe we all have the power to shape our lives and create the future we want. It takes hard work and discipline, but it’s worth it. Some people might say, “It’s easy; just do what you say you are going to do, stick with a plan, and you will be fine”, but in reality, it’s not as easy as its sounds.
We have many distractions, and social media recently took over. Many have become users and wasting life scrolling on their phones. Especially if you are alone and have no one to talk to in the real world, people find it easy to spend time watching other people online.
I have been there and can 100% confirm from my personal experience how easy its to become addicted to being a user. But I want to become a creator, and it’s much more fun and rewarding.
Whether you’re going through a midlife crisis or just looking for some inspiration and motivation, I hope you find something here that helps you on your journey.
Thank you for stopping by, and I hope you find something that resonates with you here.
